I’m originally from Wisconsin, so I LOVE cheese. Right now I’m digging manchego cheese, aged Spanish cheese made from sheep’s milk. It’s a hard cheese (takes longer to devour) with a buttery fruity flavor that makes you really appreciate what you’re eating so you don’t inhale it.
I like to make a fancy cheese and cracker plate for dinner once in awhile. Cheaper than going out. And you can eat in your pajamas!
